One flat monthly fee for each laptop, desktop or server. Where you land in that range depends on your security stack, your compliance requirements (such as PHIPA or SOC 2), your servers and your on-site needs. Phones and tablets are an add-on at a lower rate, priced on your quote.

Per-Endpoint and Hybrid plans start at 10 endpoints and are built for organizations up to about 250. Block Hours have no minimum and suit internal IT teams that need project capacity, overflow support, and senior escalation backup. Use the plan builder on this page for a quote.
Major infrastructure projects (server replacements, office moves, buildouts), third-party software licensing (Microsoft 365 licenses, line-of-business apps), and hardware purchases are quoted separately. Day-to-day support, monitoring, patching, and security are all included.
Most businesses are fully onboarded within 2 weeks of signing. We handle the RMM agent deployment, security tool configuration, and Microsoft 365 integration without disrupting your operations.
Per-endpoint pricing scales with the number of devices we manage. Volume discounts are available above certain thresholds.
Echoflare passes Microsoft 365 licensing through at cost with no markup. We are a Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider and manage your licences as part of the managed IT agreement.
