Migrated a full Odoo ERP environment from aging on-premises servers to AWS EC2 with RDS PostgreSQL backend. The on-prem hardware was approaching end of life with no redundancy. We built a new AWS architecture with auto-scaling, automated backups to S3, and CloudWatch monitoring. Migration completed over a weekend with zero data loss and zero business disruption on Monday morning.
Migrated a multi-module Odoo ERP with inventory management, invoicing, and CRM from a local server to AWS infrastructure. The company had outgrown their single-server setup with performance issues during peak ordering periods. We architected an AWS environment with properly sized EC2 instances, RDS for the database layer, and implemented automated nightly backups with 30-day retention. Performance issues eliminated and the system now scales with demand.
