Yes. Our per-endpoint and hybrid managed services require a minimum of 10 endpoints. Echoflare supports businesses from 10 to 1,000 endpoints. If you have fewer than 10 devices, our block hours model is a great fit and has no minimum.
Major infrastructure projects (server replacements, office moves, buildouts), third-party software licensing (Microsoft 365 licenses, line-of-business apps), and hardware purchases are quoted separately. Day-to-day support, monitoring, patching, and security are all included.
Managed IT services are offered on flexible 1 to 3 year terms. Block hours have no long-term commitment and hours roll over for 60 days from purchase.
Most businesses are fully onboarded within 2 weeks of signing. We handle the RMM agent deployment, security tool configuration, and Microsoft 365 integration without disrupting your operations.
Under a per-user flat-rate model, cost scales linearly with headcount. Volume discounts are available above certain thresholds.
Echoflare passes Microsoft 365 licensing through at cost with no markup. We are a Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider and manage your licences as part of the managed IT agreement.
