Echoflare Managed Services Inc. ("Echoflare," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. 1 Information We Collect

Information you provide: When you contact us, request a quote, or use our quote builder, we collect your name, email, phone, company name, job title, and IT environment details (device counts, industry, infrastructure).

Automatically collected: When you visit echoflare.ca, we may collect IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URL, pages visited, and time spent through standard analytics tools.

Client service data: For managed IT clients, we collect technical data necessary to deliver services including device inventories, system logs, network configurations, and ticket histories, governed by your service agreement.

2 How We Use Your Information

We use your information to respond to inquiries and provide quotes, deliver and improve managed IT services, send service communications (outage notifications, maintenance, renewals), improve our website, comply with legal obligations, and protect against fraud. We never sell your personal information to third parties.

3 How We Share Your Information

We may share information with trusted providers who help deliver services: cloud hosting (AWS), email delivery (Amazon SES), security tool vendors, and professional advisors. All are contractually required to protect your data.

4 Data Security

We implement encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest, access controls with MFA, regular security assessments, employee training, and incident response procedures. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

5 Data Retention

Quote requests and contact submissions: 24 months. Client service data: service duration plus 12 months. Website analytics: 26 months. You may request deletion anytime.

6 Your Rights Under PIPEDA
