These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of echoflare.ca and related services by Echoflare Managed Services Inc. By accessing our website, you agree to these Terms.

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing echoflare.ca or using our tools, quote builder, or services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our website.

2 Description of Services

Echoflare provides managed IT services, cybersecurity, cloud management, IT consulting, and related technology services. We support businesses from 10 to 1,000 endpoints across the Greater Toronto Area and Canada. Our website offers service information, free IT tools, an interactive quote builder, and educational content.

3 Website Use

Use our website only for lawful purposes. Prohibited: unauthorized access attempts, automated scraping (except search engine indexing), transmitting malware, impersonation, and unsolicited commercial communications.

4 Free Tools

Our IT tools (subnet calculator, password generator, DNS lookup, and others) are "as is" without warranty. All processing happens in your browser. We do not store or log data you enter. Verify results independently before business decisions.

5 Quote Builder

The quote builder collects business and IT information governed by our Privacy Policy. Quotes are estimates, not binding offers. Final pricing is determined through formal proposals after discovery.

6 Intellectual Property

All content on echoflare.ca is property of Echoflare Managed Services Inc., protected by Canadian and international IP laws. No reproduction without written consent. Echoflare and MyITFleet are registered trademarks.

7 Service Agreements

Managed IT delivery is governed by separate Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and Statements of Work (SOWs). These Terms do not modify service agreements. Service agreements prevail in conflicts.

8 Limitation of Liability

Echoflare is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages from website or tool use. Total liability shall not exceed $100 CAD or fees paid in the preceding 12 months, whichever is greater. This does not apply to managed service agreements.

9 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Echoflare from claims arising from your violation of these Terms, website misuse, or third-party rights infringement.

10 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and federal Canadian law. Disputes shall be resolved in Ontario courts.

11 Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Changes posted here with updated dates. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
