Junior UX Designer & Marketing Analyst

Position Overview

We’re seeking a creative and analytical professional to join our team as a Junior UX Designer & Marketing Analyst. This hybrid role combines user experience design with data-driven marketing analysis, helping shape both our product experience and marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

UX Design

  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows for digital products and websites
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
  • Develop user personas and journey maps based on research findings
  • Design intuitive interfaces following UI/UX best practices
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure design feasibility
  • Maintain and update design system documentation
  • Create responsive designs for multiple devices and platforms

Marketing Analysis

  • Analyze user behavior data and create actionable insights
  • Track and report on key marketing metrics and KPIs
  • Conduct A/B testing for website and marketing campaigns
  • Generate regular performance reports for marketing initiatives
  • Research market trends and competitor activities
  • Support SEO optimization efforts
  • Analyze customer feedback and survey data

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, HCI, or related field
  • 1-2 years experience in UX design or marketing analytics (internships count)
  • Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, or similar)
  • Experience with analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Hotjar)
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and responsive design principles
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into insights
  • Excellent visual communication and presentation skills
  • Portfolio demonstrating UX design projects
  • Experience with user research methodologies
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with marketing automation tools
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices
  • Familiarity with CRM systems
  • Understanding of accessibility standards
  • Experience with data visualization tools
  • Basic knowledge of SQL
  • Experience with user testing tools
  • Marketing certification (Google Analytics, HubSpot)
  • Experience with agile methodologies
